What is ADI?
ADI (Akari Diversity & Inclusion) accessibility app. ADI is designed to answer any questions that you might have - from how to get extra help within Microsoft Teams, to accessibility features within Windows 10 or Office 365 - alongside helpful resources to aid you in allyship and becoming more inclusive within your organisation.
How do I start a conversation with ADI?
To start a conversation with ADI simply ask a question such as ' How can I change the size and colour on the screen?' or ' How do I transcribe a Teams meeting?' Or simple say Hello.
How do I ask ADI a question?
If you've installed ADI you can access the app from the left-hand bar within Teams. Click on the ADI icon and send a chat message like you would a colleague
How does ADI help with wellbeing?
ADI can help monitor personal wellbeing, from asking about your current mood and what troubles you. ADI also tells jokes and provides fun affirmations to check up on your wellbeing and provide resources to help you clear your head and focus.
What questions can I ask ADI?
You can ask ADI questions such as ‘My new employee has dyslexia, how can I support them?’ and ‘Where do I find Immersive Reader in Teams?’ and it will respond with conversational how-to answers, as well as leading to bitesize videos, as well as external resources on subjects such as diversity, inclusion and how to be a better ally. ADI can also point users in the right direction to find information with Microsoft Teams or Office 365 for accessibility features.
